3 large baking potatoes
1/2 container (8 oz.) sour cream
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 cup butter
salt & pepper to taste
olive oil
season salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Wash and dry potatoes. Rub outside with olive oil, then sprinkle with season salt to flavor skins. Bake potatoes for 1 hour or until soft. Cut potatoes in 1/2 lengthwise and scoop center of potatoes into mixing bowl. Combine with cheese, sour cream, butter, salt & pepper. Fill the skins with mixture. If desired, you can sprinkle extra cheese on top ( I do!). Bake for an additional 25 minutes or until heated through. Center will be quite hot, allow ample cooling time.
