1 (20 oz.) bag frozen corn
8 oz. whipping cream
8 oz. milk (not low fat)
1 tsp. salt
6 tsp. sugar
pepper to taste
2 T. butter, melted
2 T. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except butter and flour in a saucepan. Cook to a low boil and simmer for at least 5 minutes. In a separate pan, melt butter and combine with flour. Slowly add flour/butter mixture to the original mixture until it begins to thicken. You can serve as soon as it is heated through and has thickened.
