Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Fruit: apples, strawberries blueberries, peaches -any fresh fruit you choose.
1 tsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. white sugar
3 tsp. orange marmalade
1 pkg. small tortillas
2 c. cinnamon sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up fruit into small pieces. Mix other ingredients with fruit and chill for 15 min. Sweeten to taste. I prefer fruit that is fresh and in season. For tortillas: cut small flour tortillas into 4ths and coat lightly with butter-flavored Pam. Coat lightly so the sugar will stick to the tortillas. If you get too much butter, the chips will burn easily. In large baggie, pour 2 cups cinnamon sugar, add cut tortillas and shake to coat thoroughly. Bake for 15 min at 350°. (I prefer to set my oven at 325°.) Let cool and use tortillas to scoop fruit salsa.

We have served this fruit salsa for our Saturday breakfasts every reunion. It goes well with other breakfast foods. It's easy and complements the breakfast casseroles well. Tortillas are optional.
