1 cup flour
1/2 cup butter
1/2 tsp salt
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 can (16 oz) chocolate syrup
1 cup sugar
Filling:
2 cups confectionary sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 tbsp water
1/2 tsp mint extract
3 drops green food coloring
Topping:
1 10oz pkg mint chocolate chips
9 tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the first 7 ingredients in a large bowl. Beat at medium speed for 3 minutes. Pour batter in a greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Cool completely. Combine the filling ingredients and beat until creamy and smooth. Spread over the cooled brownies. For topping, melt chocolate chips and butter over low heat. Let cool for 30 minutes or until lukewarm. Spread over the filling. CHill prior to serving. Store in the refrigerator. Cut into very small squares
