• 1/2 cup natural-style peanut butter (or almond)

• 4 whole-wheat wraps, about 9 inches in diameter

• 2 bananas, peeled and sliced (or other favorite fruit such as apple slices or mango)

• 4 pitted dates, chopped (or favorite dried fruit such as dried apricots or raisins)

• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Spread two tablespoons peanut butter on each wrap. Evenly distribute fresh fruit slices and dried fruit among wraps. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Roll the wraps and seal in aluminum foil for easy eating on the go.
