1 Tbs dry mustard
2 tsp granulated garlic
2 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp smoked Spanish paprika
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. To use, cover both sides of steak generously with rub; allow to stand for 30 minutes at room temperature before grilling.
