Ingredients:
3 lb ground beef
1 can evaporated milk
2 cups quick oatmeal
2 eggs
1 onion finely chopped
Garlic salt -- to taste
Pepper
2 teaspoons chili powder
Salt, at least a teaspoon
Sauce—bring to boil and pour over meat before baking:
2 cups catsup
1 ½ cups brown sugar
2 tablespoons liquid smoke
½ cup chopped onion (I omitted this because of all the onion in the meat)

Directions:
Make up in small balls, or larger if using as an entree and bake accordingly. Pour the sauce over before baking. No need to brown. For a medium to go by bake at 350 degrees for one hour.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Delicious-- may be made small as an appetizer or larger as an entrée. This makes a large amount; convenient to cut recipe in half.
