1 pkg. yellow cake mix (1 layer only)
1 egg
4 to 5 pineapple slices
1/2 c. pineapple juice
Cherries
Pecans, chopped
1/4 c. dark brown sugar
1/2 c. butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
In bowl, mix cake mix with egg and pineapple juice. In cake pan, melt butter and brown sugar till bubbles form in pan. Add 4 to 5 pineapple slices with cherry and pecans in center of each. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Pour cake mixture over pineapple slices and cherries. Bake in a 325º F over for 20 to 25 minutes or until cake tests done. Invert on cake platter.
