1 head cabbage, chopped
1 pepper, chopped
1 carrot, shredded
1 tsp salt.
1 c. water
1 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. mustard seed
1 1/2 tsp. celery seed
2 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chopped cabbage, pepper, carrots, and salt. Let stand for 1 hour. Mix water, vinegar, mustard seed, celery seed, and sugar; let come to a boil. Add to cabbage mixture. Allow to cool and serve.
