Flour- 7 cups
Sugar- 8 Tbl
yeasts- 3 tsp
salt- 6 tsp
650 ml warm water

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast for couple minutes in water. Mix the other ingredients in a large bowl and slowly add water/yeast. Mix for 15 minutes (best in a standing mixer but high powered hand mixer will work).
Let it rest covered, and rise and punch 3 times

Divide into 3 balls and place on a baking sheet or in a greased pan. Put in the fridge overnight (Cover with saran wrap)
Before baking in the oven, spread on some olive oil and salt or oregano or whatever you wish. Bake at 400 for 20 min until lightly browned.

This is a recipe from my Israeli friend. It's very authentic! Do the three rises. It's worth it!
