4 pork chops, salt, pepper, 1 can whole kernel corn, 3/4 cup coarsely crushed cracker crumbs, 1 tbsp prepared yellow mustard, 1 egg, slightly beaten, 2 tbsps sugar, 1 tbsp instant minced onion

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chops; sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste,. Drain liquid from corn; add enough milk to make one cup liquid. Mix corn, cracker crumbs, milk mixture, mustard, egg, sugar and onion. Spoon into 1 1/2 to 2 quart shallow casserole. Place chops on top. Bake 50 to 60 minutes at 350º.
