Buffalo Jerky Recipe

2 lbs. buffalo meat
30 grinds of freshly ground black pepper
1/2 tsp. of liquid smoke
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp. of sesame oil
1 tsp. onion powder

Directions:
Directions:
Slightly freeze buffalo meat and then cut into 1/8" to 1/4" thick strips. Remove all excess fat as you go. Mix all ingredients together in a quart size plastic baggy and in meat and marinate overnight. Turn baggy over and mix all well. Remove meat from baggy and shake off any excess marinate. Spread out on trays and dry in dehydrator as per instructions.
