5 pounds potatoes
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 tsp salt
2 (3 oz.pkg) cream cheese
2 tsp. onion salt
butter--optional

Directions:
Cook potatoes and mash. Add remaining ingredients. Place in casserole and heat for 1/2 hour in 350 oven, covered. Serve.

Make these ahead of time and cool in frig for they will keep in frig for one week. Can also freeze. Reheat in oven or microwave. I have also taken from frig and put into a 200 oven for about 2 hours stirring a couple times during this baking time. Can also be done in a crockpot. Flexible recipe to work with busy schedules.
