1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 eggs (whole)

1/2 pound vanilla wafers crushed
2 cups cherry pie filling
1/2 pint whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Place 1/2 crumbs in 9 x 13 pan (use more than 1/2). Cream butter, p. sugar & eggs until fluffy. Spread butter mixture over crumbs. put on cherries & cream & sprinkle rest of crumbs over top.

Refrigerate overnight

In a hand drawn box, the note double rest of ingred. use 12 ounces vanilla 3 cans cherries.
