4 slices of cucumber
4 slices thin smoked salmon
1/2 tsp. yellow curry powder
1 cup creme fraiche
8 capers
leaf of dill

Directions:
Directions:
Mix in the curry with the creme fraiche. This will make too much curry-fraiche but will last for several days in your refrigerator and can be used for sandwiches.

Place a salmon slice onto each cucumber. Add 1 tsp. of curry-fraiche, 2 capers and a twig of dill to top it off.
