6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
4 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. seasoning salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. oil
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup beer
1/2 cup sliced almonds (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, salt and pepper; dredge chicken in flour mixture. Brown in skillet in hot oil; transfer to a 9X13 baking dish.
Combine cream of chicken soup, mushrooms and beer; pour over chicken.
Bake at 350º for 1 hour; sprinkle almonds over chicken (if desired) during the last 15 minutes of baking.
