12 oz good quality semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
3 tbsp unsalted butter
1/2 cup sugar
3 tbsp water
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups pecan pieces
3/4 cup unbleached flour
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. Line an 8" baking pan with tin foil.

Divide chocolate pieces in half, reserving half in the fridge. Melt remaining chocolate, butter, sugar and water over low heat. Remove from heat and add eggs and pecans, stir until smooth. Add flour and salt and stir. Stir in refrigerated chocolate. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 25 minutes.
