3 pkgs of frozen chopped spinach, 10 ounce each, 1 1/2 cups Alfredo sauce from a jar, 4 slices of bacon(optional)

Directions:
Bring pot of salted water to boil. Add spinach; cook until tender about 6 minutes. Drain, let cool 5 minutes. Squeeze dry. In skillet over medium heat cook bacon until browned 6 - 8 minutes Drain bacon on paper towels, reserving fat or substituted margarine melted in pan . Over low heat add spinach to reserved fat in skillet; cook, stir 2 minutes. Stir in sauce - Transfer to serving dish; top with reserved bacon slices.
