2/3 cup brown sugar
2/3 cup white sugar
2/3 cup light corn syrup
4 tablespoons butter
1 cup heavy cream or half and half

Directions:
Directions:
In heavy saucepan, combine brown sugar, white sugar, corn syrup and butter and cook, stirring constantly, over medium-high heat until mixture reaches boil and sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and stir in cream. Let cool and store in refrigerator. Sauce thickens as it cools. Serve at room temperature or heated. Good over ice cream or cake.
