1 8 oz. Package cream cheese
1/4 cup light corn syrup
5 cups sifted powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Allow cream cheese to soften to room temperature. In a large mixing bowl, blend cheese with corn syrup. Add powdered sugar, 1 cup at a time, mixing well. Add vanilla and spread on cake. Use on italian cream cake, banana cake and carrot cake.
