3/4 cup white sugar
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup flour
2 small cans crushed pineapple (8 3/4 oz.)
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Salt
One baked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in saucepan. Heat until mixture thickens stirring frequently. Pour into baked pie shell. Chill and top with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
