1 cup dry red wine
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 garlic cloves minced
1 tsp oregano
2 1 1/2 lb flank steaks
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
2 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine wine, oil, vinegar, garlic and oregano in shallow glass dish. Add steaks and turn over to coat. Cover and chill inrefrigerator for 1-2 days. Turn occasionally. Heat BBQ to high heat. Combine cheese, mustard, worcestershire sauce in a small bowl. Drain steaks and grill for 5 minutes. Tuen over and spread with cheese mixture. Grill about 5 minutes longer for medium rare.
