Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 c oatmeal
1/2 c flax seed
1/2 c protein powder (I am sure you could use powdered milk)
1/2 c peanut butter
1 c chopped almonds (Costco has the large packages of almonds - much more economical then buying from grocery store)
1/2 c coconut
1/2 c chocolate chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk (I use fat free)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together - may have to use your hands to get it mixed well. Place in a 9 x 13 pan sprayed with cooking spray. Put a little water on your hands before flattening the mixture down in the pan. Bake at 350 for 18 - 20 minutes. Remove from oven and cut into squares immediately - if you wait until they are cool it may be difficult to cut. Cool and store in refrigerator.
