2 cups fine vanilla wafer crumbs, 1 cup confectionery sugar, 1 cup chopped walnut , 1/4 cocoa, 3 tbsp corn syrup light or dark, 6 tbsp bourbon or any whiskey or rum, dash of salt
Directions:
Directions:
Combine and mix ingredients. Roll into balls. Roll in additional sugar. Store in tightly covered container. Yields about 50 Maybe rerolled in confectionery sugar before serving.
