1 small onion chopped, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp sage, 1 1/2 lbs ground lean raw pork, 1/4 cup water - Pastry crust

Combine the ingredients and cook for 25 minutes then cool. Pour into a pie plate lined with pastry and topped with pastry and bake at 450º for 15 minutes and then reduce to 350º for 5 to 10 minutes until nicely browned
