1 pound hamburger browned
3 potatoes, diced
3 carrots, diced
3 stalks celery, diced
Garlic salt
Onion salt
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1/2 cup american cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
In a separate pot, cook the potatoes, carrots and celery. Cook for 10 minutes with minimum water. Season the meat with garlic and onion salt. Add vegetables and the water they were cooked in to the meat. Add cheddar cheese soup. Cover and simmer on low for 30 minutes. Serve grated american cheese on top of bowls of chowder at the table. Serves 6-8
