3 pounds ground beef
1 pound ground bulk sausage
2 11-oz. Cans light red kidney beans
2 quart whole canned tomatoes
2 medium onions, chopped fine
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 tablespoon parsley flakes
5 tablespoons chili powder
1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
Salt
1 green pepper, chopped
Cheddar cheese, grated, if desired

Brown beef and sausage, add onion and green pepper. Add seasonings, then tomatoes. Let simmer for several hours to let
Flavor cook through. Serve with grated cheddar cheese if desired.Serves 6-8
