5 cups sliced & pared apples, 1 cup raisins, 1 cup sugar, 2 tsp ground cinnamon, 1 cup dairy sour cream, 1 cup half & half, 1/2 cup biscuit mix, 2 eggs, 1/4 cup oleo or butter melted , ground cinnamon 1/4 tsp

Heat oven to 350º. Grease pie plate. 10 inch. Mix apples, raisins sugar and 2 tsp cinnamon - turn into plate. Beat remaining ingredients except cinnamon until smooth. 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand mixer. Pour over apple mixture , sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake until apples are tender and knife inserted comes out clean. 55 to 60 minutes. Serve warm. Refrigerate any leftover pie.
