8 half chicken breasts, 1 1/2 cups dry red wine, 1/2 cup soy sauce, 1/2 salad oil, 4 tbsp water, 2 cloves garlic, sliced (optional), 2 tsps ground ginger, 1/2 tsp oregano, 2 tbsp brown sugar

Arrange chicken breasts in baking dish. Mix all other ingredients and pour over chicken. Preheat oven to 375º. bake about 1 hour.
