1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 T. cornstarch
1 cup ketchup
2/3 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup cold water

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan, combine the ing. until smooth. Bring to a boil and cook for 2 minutes or until sauce is thickened.

To make ribs:
Place ribs (5-6 lbs) in a large shallow roasting pan. Add some water for moisture. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hour. Drain and discard fat from ribs. Drizzle half the sauce over the ribs and bake for another 15 minutes. Then drizzle the rest of the sauce on the ribs and bake for another 15 minutes.
