Crust:
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 T. sugar
1/2 cup butter

Mix with pastry blender and pat in bottom of 9x13 pan. Bake 20 minutes at 325 degrees. Cool.

Glaze:
1 cup water
3 T. cornstarch
1 cup sugar
3 T. corn syrup

Mix all ing. in saucepan and cook until thick. Remove from heat and add 3 Tablespoons of strawberry jello powder. Stir thoroughly. Cool.

Mix 8 oz. cream cheese with 1 cup powdered sugar--whip until creamy. Spread over cooled crust. Slice bananas over entire pan (need 3-4 bananas). Spread cooled glaze over the bananas. Arrange fruit on top of glaze. Use fresh strawberries, raspberries, canned pineapple, mandarin oranges, maraschino cherries, grapes, or kiwi fruit.
