2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened,
1 cup mayo, 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilles, drained, 2 oz. canned diced jalapeno peppers (you can use fresh jalapenos if you choose, also), 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese and mayo in a large bowl until smooth. Stir in green chilles and jalapeno peppers. Pour into a microwave safe dish and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Microwave on high until hot, approx. 3-4 minutes. Serve with the chips/crackers of your choice. Enjoy!
