Grandma's Strudel Recipe

Dough:
4 c. flour
1 lb. butter
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
Filling:
1 (16 oz.) apricot jam
1 c. raisins
1 c. coconut (optional)
8 oz. chopped walnuts
powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
To make dough, soften ice cream and butter, mix all ingredients together and divide dough into 8 parts. Wrap, flatten and refrigerate.
Roll out dough thin and spread with fillings. Roll into log shape. Bake for 35 minutes at 350º. Sprinkle with powdered sugar when warm. Cut into pieces.
