3 large bell peppers
3 large Jalapeno Peppers
6 1/2 cups white sugar
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1 bottle Certo
Green or Red food coloring if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Wash, remove seeds and cut peppers into small pieces. (wear gloves) Grind in food processor or blender with vinegar. Mix with remaining ingredients except Certo. Bring to rolling boil for 5 minutes. Cook 2 minutes add Certo and Mix. Pour into heated jelly glasses and place heated lids with rims. Process 10 minutes in a boiling canner.
