16 slices white bread, crust removed
Place 8 slices in buttered 9x13 inch baking dish.

On each slice of bread place:
1 slice canadian bacon or ham
1 slice sharp cheddar cheese
1 slice of bread on top

Mix:
6 eggs, beaten
1/2 teaspoon salt, pepper
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 cup onion, minced
1/4 cup green pepper, diced
1 or 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
3 cups milk
1/4 pound butter
1 cup potato chips, crushed

Directions:

Pour egg mixture over bread, meat and cheese. Cover and let stand overnight in refrigerator. Melt 1/4 pound butter and pour over top and cover with 1 cup crushed potato chips. Bake one hour at 350 degrees.
