Directions:
Cream 1/4 pound butter and 1 cup sugar together. Add eggs, one at a time. Beat well. Mix in sour cream. Sift together 2 cups flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Add to creamed ingredients. Add vanilla flavoring. Spread one-half of the mixture in greased 9x13-inch baking pan. Cover with one can wilderness cherry/blueberry or apple pie filling. Cherry is best, apple is too bland, almond paste is very good. Spread remainder of dough over filling. Top with crumb mixture of 2 tablespoons butter, 1/4 cup white sugar, nuts, chopped, 1/2 cup flour and cinnamon. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 12.
