1 pound ground beef
1 1/2 tablespoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1 16 oz. Can refried beans
1 4 oz. Can chopped green chilies
1 1/2 cups shredded monterey jack cheese
1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup taco sauce
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1 4 oz. Can chopped black olives
1 6 oz. Can frozen or fresh guacamole
1 cup sour cream
1 large bag tortilla chips

Directions:

Brown ground beef and drain. Season with chili powder and cumin. Spread refried beans in a shallow 10 inch greased dish. Sprinkle on beef, followed by green chilies, monterey jack cheese and cheddar cheese. Pour taco sauce over cheese. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Garnish immediately with layers of green onion, black olives, guacamole and sour cream. Place dish on a platter and surround with tortilla chips. Serve warm. Serves 12-15
