Fresh spinach leaves
Sliced fresh strawberries
Slivered almonds, toasted

Dressing:
1/4 cup cider vinegar or red wine vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup tablespoon poppy seeds
1 Tablespoon sesame seeds
1 1/2 teaspoon minced onion
1 teaspoon Worstershire sauce

OR

8 cups torn fresh spinach
3 green onions
2 pints fresh strawberries, sliced
3 large ripe bananas, until into 1/2 slices
1/2 cup slivered almonds

Dressing: enough for 14

1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup onion
2 T plus 2 t cider or red wine vinegar
2 T plus 2 t sugar
1 1/2 t ground mustard
1/2 t salt
1 1/2 t poppy seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Make the dressing the night ahead. On serving day, toss the spinach and strawberries and refrigerate. Right before serving, put on the dressing, add the nuts, toss and serve.
