1 c plus 2 T warm water
1 1/2 T canola oil
3 T honey
1 1/2 c unbleached all purpose flour
1 1/2 c whole wheat flour
1/2 c oatmeal
2 T powdered milk
1 tsp salt
2 1/2 tsp yeast

Directions:
Directions:
Place the above ingredients in order listed into bread maker on dough setting. Once the dough is finished remove from bread maker. Spray a bread pan with cooking spray. Shape dough into a loaf shape and place in prepared bread pan. Spray a piece of plastic wrap with cooking spray and loosely place on top of prepared loaf pan. Let rise. Once it is risen to desired height remove plastic wrap and cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
