7 1/2 cups Water
1 1/2 sticks Butter
2 t. Garlic Salt
2 t. Onion Salt
16 oz. cubed and softened Cream Cheese
12 oz. Evaporated Milk
16 oz. Sour Cream
1-15.3 oz. package Hungry Jack Instant Mashed Potatoes (or 9 cups) of instant mashed potatoes
Paprika
cooked, chopped Bacon (optional)
chopped, fresh Parsley or Green Onions (optional)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Heat water, butter, garlic salt and onion salt to boiling in a large dutch oven pan. Remove from heat and add cream cheese, evaporated milk and sour cream, stirring until completely dissolved.

Stir in potato flakes and mix well. Spread mashed potatoes into a greased pan.

Sprinkle with paprika and bake 1 hour. Top with bacon and parsley (or green onions).
