Prepare pudding mix, and leave in fridge until needed.
Boil cube of butter, and 1 C. water until melted. Add 1 C. flour (with a hand mixer). Add the 4 eggs, one at a time until all mixed in. Mix for one minute.
Using a tablespoon measure, scoop the dough onto a cookie sheet. Bake for 20 minutes at 400°.
Let cool, and then using a cake decorating bag, and small tip, pipe the pudding into the eclaires.
Topping: Melt the cocoa and 3 1/2 T. butter in microwave. Add one cup powdered sugar, and mix well. Add boiling water, and mix well. Using the same decorator tip, pipe the chocolate over the eclaires in any design. Let cool in fridge until ready to use.
