1 cup rice
1/2 stick butter or margarine
1 can undiluted onion soup
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 can mushrooms with juice
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown rice in butter. Add soup, water chestmuts, mushrooms and juice, salt and pepper. Mix well. Pour into a well greased casserole. Cover with foil and bake 1 hr. at 325º.
