I've used this recipe for years at our B&B . You may also garnish with chopped fresh mint. Also if You are really enthusiastic,You can male melon balls from a watermelon, include in salad & scoop out remaining flesh, make a marinade & fill the watermelon with the fruit for centerpiece. Pretty cut [zig-zagged ] resembling a basket with handle. The marinade is: 1 cup gingerale, 2 Tbsp. honey & 2 tsp lime juice. May serve with Blueberry Muffins.
