9" pie shell, baked & cooled
6 slices, crisp bacon crumbled
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped green onion
4 eggs
1 & 1/2 cups evaporated milk
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
In pie shell,spread bacon,cheese & green onion. in a medium bowl, whisk eggs until blended, then whisk in milk, nutmeg, dry mustard & salt. Pour egg mixture over filling. Bake in preheated oven 350º 35-40 min. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 min. or so before serving.
