1 C. oil
3 C. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can pumpkin (small size)
1/2 C. milk
3/4 C. brown sugar
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Grease pans or muffin tins (we use the mini-muffin tins). Mix the dry ingredients together. Mix butter, sugar and vanilla separately. Add the eggs to sugar mixture, and then the pumpkin. Add the dry ingredients to the wet. Add milk and blend well.
Bake for 18 minutes at 350º. Bake 1 hour for bread.
