1 T. yeast
1/2 C. warm water
1 tsp. honey
1 tsp. salt
2/3 C. wheat flour
2/3 C. white flour
1 egg (beaten)
Salt
Cinnamon/Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve 1 T. yeast in 1/2 C warm water. Add honey, salt, and flour (if you do not have wheat flour, just double the white). Knead dough and form into shapes. Brush the dough with egg and sprinkle with salt or cinnamon/sugar.
Bake for 10 minutes at 425°
Delicious dipped in mustard or cheddar cheese dip, and great for play dates!
