2 CUPS WHEAT CHEX
2 CUPS RICE CHEX
2 CUPS BRAN CHEX
2 CUPS MIXED SALTED NUTS
2 CUPS SMALL PRETZELS
2 CUPS BITE SIZE SHREDDED WHEAT

1 TABLESPOON WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE


COMBINE THOROUGHLY.

TOPPING:

1/2 CUP BUTTER, MELTED (can use 5T light butter and 3T regular butter)
1/2 HOT PEPPER SAUCE
1/2 TEASPOON MRS. DASH
1/4 TEASPOON GARLIC POWDER
1 1/4 TEASPOONS SEASONED SALT (LAURY'S)
4 1/2 TEASPOONS WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE

Other optional seasoning include lemon pepper and dill.

COMBINE AND POUR TOPPING OVER ABOVE CEREAL MIX. STIR THOROUGHLY. BAKE AT 250 DEGREES FOR ONE HOUR IN A LARGE ROASTER, STIRRING EVERY 15 MINUTES. SPREAD ON OPENED PAPER SACK TO COOL.
