After pizza dough has risen double in size, roll out dough to be 1/2" thick rectangle. Cut dough into 1 1/2" strips and then into 1 1/2" squares. Cut square on a diagonal to form triangles. Set aside to rise again. Set deep fryer on high. When oil is ready, place several dough triangle in basket and place in oil. Flip triangles to ensure browning on each side. Remove dough when golden brown. Place on paper towels to drain. Serve warm with pizza sauce to dip in.
