2 cups boiling water
2 cups 100% all bran
1 cup oil
2 cups brown sugar
1 qt. buttermilk
5 cups flour
3 tbsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. salt
4 cups hard bran
2 cups raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Pour boiling water over 100% all bran & let stand....
In a large bowl cream oil, sugar & eggs. Add buttermilk & bran mixture. Stir until blended. Mix flour, soda, salt & add. Add hard bran & raisins. Refrigerate at least 1 day before baking. Bake at 350º 15-20 min.
