1 grated peel of one orange
1 box devil's food or chocolate cake mix (515 g)
1 pkg chocolate instant pudding mix (113 g)
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup Grand Marnier or orange juice
1 cup chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease a 10-inch bundt or angel food cake, or coat with cooking spray. Grate orange peel.

Turn cake and pudding mixes into a large bowl. Stir until evenly mixed. Make a well. Add eggs, sour cream, Grand Marnier and orange peel. Beat with electric mixer on low. Stir in chocolate chips until evenly distributed. Spoon into pan.

Bake 1 hour to 1 hour and 10 minutes until skewer inserted into cake center comes out clean. Cool in pan 20 minutes. turn out onto a rack.

Serve warm with whipped cream flavored with vanilla.

When cool, wrap cake and it will keep well at room temperature for at least 2 days, or it can be frozen.
